Q6.The stream is not playing. What can I do?
First press Retry or refresh the page, and check your internet connection. Some matches can be briefly unavailable from the provider (for example a "Fixing in progress" screen); these usually come back within a few minutes. If a match hasn't started yet, the player appears automatically at kick-off.
Q7.Why is there no sound?
